Chronic crew O2 leaks traced to cracked T-fitting behind manual shutoff valve. 737-3/4/500

Chronic crew O2 servicing has been tracked down to the T fitting behing the manual shut off valve in the cockpit and also the O2 line to the fitting-i.e. found the lower O2 line to be chafed, robbed from another aircraft in heavy check-it was cracked in the same spot! Thanks to someone from SWA.
