If the PSEU Display does not turn on when you push the ON/OFF Switch on the PSEU BITE panel, check the Fwd Access Door Switch S196 Plunger mechanism for proper function. If you find the Plunger stuck at Door closed position or otherwise defective, take corrective action as necessary.
